Full Cycle
Full Cycle egg donation is when the intended parents receive all the fresh eggs collected from the egg donor’s IVF cycle. Intended parents can choose to only use some of the fresh eggs for fertilization and freeze the remainder, or they can opt to fertilize all fresh eggs. The benefit of full-cycle egg donation is that it typically offers one of the best chances of a successful outcome, and intended parents can have complete control over the eggs.
Shared Cycle
Shared Cycle egg donation is when intended parents only receive a specific number of fresh eggs collected from the egg donor’s IVF cycle. The egg donor undergoes the same medical process as in a full cycle. The only difference is that there could be two or more sets of intended parents sharing the entire batch of eggs from this IVF cycle. Since a shared cycle often costs less than a full cycle, this option is usually more cost-effective without compromising success rates.
Frozen Egg Bank
Frozen Egg Bank is when intended parents use frozen eggs from the egg donor’s previous IVF cycle(s). Only mature and high-quality fresh eggs are frozen for future use.
