Matching & Screenings
Legal Contract
Embryo transfer
Heartbeat Confirmation
About 4 to 6 weeks after transfer, you will get an ultrasound to check on the health and progress of the baby. Once the baby's heartbeat is confirmed, you will begin receiving monthly compensation for being a surrogate mother.
Pregnancy
Once her pregnancy is confirmed and stable, the surrogate will transition from the fertility clinic at around the 12-week mark of pregnancy. She will then receive routine OB/GYN care and attend standard OB appointments until labor.
